Mild temps have provided consistent fall fishing as of late. Late morning half days are the right time to be out during the warmest part of the day. Still some fish willing to eat small mayflies and October caddis in the afternoons. Dropper fishing is productive as well with the usual suspects – SJWs, princes, pats, hare ears, pt jigs etc. Looks like pretty tolerable weather for the near future so there’s still some fishing to be had. The rivers are very quiet as the tourist season is over and hunting season is in full swing. It’s nice. You can still get by without the bobber for now but that window is going to close soon. Pray for snow!
