Guide Trips Cancellation Policy

All bookings require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due 72 hrs before the scheduled trip date.

Cancellations must be made by written notice(date changes are the same as a cancellation).

Cancellation Fee Breakdown

Cancelation fee outside 30 days = 7% of the reservation total.

Cancelation fee inside 30 days = 50% of the reservation total

Cancelation less than 48 hours = 100% of the reservation total

If we are able to re-book the guide, we will refund the deposit (less 7% admin & processing fee) or apply it to a future date.

We understand that unexpected situations can lead to trip cancellations. We reserve the right to evaluate the circumstances and make refund decisions on a case by case basis. If a mutual agreement is made between the shop/guide and client due to weather, state or federal closures, or other unforeseen events, the deposit will be refunded(less 7% admin and processing fee).
