We did a little duck hunting over the holidays and it’s been pretty good. No new snow on the BIG Mountain and Xmas crowds to boot, so why not do something else.  If you want to chuck some sausage on the bottom of the river you can catch a few lakers and maybe an occasional bull but not too many local options for the fly guy right now. The Bay on warmers days might produce underneath.

We still have a few weeks to shoot some ducks so go get some cdc……it’s the best right off the butt.
