The World’s Foremost Outfitter’s banking division, the World’s Foremost Bank, has been systematically cheating their credit card customers. As a result Cabela’s has agreed to pay nearly back $10.4 million and reform its credit card practices as part of a settlement with the fed credit watchdog. 

So why did Cabela’s have to return more than 10 million to their credit card customers?
