General Outlook: Run-off continues and rain is in the forecast. The rivers are all pretty out of shape. We had a brief window over the weekend but now it’s back to lakes and tail-waters for a while. Our snow pack is at or below average for most of our rivers so we should start to see some river options much sooner than last year.
