General Outlook: The rivers are all huge and the rain continues. Cool weather has kept most of the snow in the hills too. It looks like we are going to have sustained high water this year. It is hard to predict when things are going to start dropping at this point. We still haven’t had any real warm weather to get the snow melting. Most of what we are experiencing now is rain water with some run-off.  The high country snow hasn’t even let loose yet. That being said, we are still catching fish in moving water. There are a few spots to fish rivers around and there will be a few more by the end of the month. And the MO.  Upper Rock Creek and the West Fork of the Bitterroot will be options towards the end of the month. We are going to have great flows all summer this year.

Today we floated one of our local river options and there were a few nice fish to be had. Here are a couple nice bows from today.

First good drift of the day.

Freckle-face
