Woodside “Webfoot” diversion dam at 1700cfs

Here is a recent photo of the diversion dam below Woodside. It doesn’t look like much but it gets a few boats every year(one this year). There is a bit of a boily resurge that wants to pull you back. You can portage left and there are lots of signs that give fair warning. We took an Adipose skiff right over river left side. No biggie. Get your gear and folks out and keep your speed…you’ll go right over. If you’re not comfortable with it then portage around.
