Brent with a Blackfoot River “Bull Fish”
Fortunately the weather has cooled off and the water temps have dropped. The afternoon fishing should be better as a result. Small to mid sized attractor stuff is still producing plenty of fish. Droppers will usually pad the stats but do not allow you to fish the dry fly in all the spots. Prince variations, SJWs, Rubber legs, Sally nymphs, small tungstones, ets. Great numbers yesterday but not many big fish….summer mode for sure. Get on early to avoid the tubers/splash and giggle traffic.
