Cyanide Leach Mining Rises From Dead

I guess the stream access attack (HB 309) and the potential gold mine up rock creek aren’t enough bad news for MT streams. Now Montana Senate bill (SB 306) is attempting to repeal the 1998 voter-approved ban on cyanide heap and vat leach gold and silver mining to encourage the creation of more open-pit mines in the state.
