We are looking for a customer service associate. The position is available now through september. The position is paying $18hr depending on experience and performance.

Job Description:

  • Answering phone calls and discussing guide trip details
  • Booking, scheduling and coordinating guide trips
  • Computer tasks including emailing and data entry
  • Customer service
  • Discussing fly fishing equipment and technique
  • Inventory management
  • Basic cleaning
  • Spooling backing and fly line

Job Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills
  • Phone skills
  • Outgoing personality
  • Detail oriented
  • Fly fishing knowledge of equipment and technique
  • Knowledge of fly fishing knots
