Just got back from a couple days on the Mo with the AZ pilots. You know the saying “you should of been here yesterday”….well, we were there. The streamer fishing was as good as it gets. Fishing bright flashy streamers with a fast retrieve in the high sun is pretty fun stuff. Lots of butterscotch explosions. Unfortunately we had to play around at the dam one day due to 40mph wind but yesterday was calm and warm. Perfect day to cruise down low.
The western freestones are starting to resemble my one year olds diaper(full and brown) so the Mo is going to be the place to be for at least a few days.

Hey, post some of these streamer patterns! I’ve been experimenting with several based on some midwestern steelhead patterns I’m familiar with. So far I’ve only had minimal luck with purple sparkle minnows.
