
Rainbow release.
The last bit of our dismal snowpack is trickling out of the hills at the moment. Our freestone rivers are a bit high for easy fishing with the dry fly but they are much lower than average for this time of year. You can catch some fish out there (mostly on streamers and nymph rigs) but the fishing will get better as the flows drop over the next couple weeks.
Heavy rains could change things and June is our wettest month…
