When is the best time to come fish skwala dry flies?

I was sitting around tying worms and watching My Little Pony with my 4yr old the other day and I thought I would dig up some useless data on river flows during the skwala season on the Bitterroot River. Folks always want to know “whats the best time for dry fly fishing”  so I guess  this sums it up. You want to be here when the graph isnt going up. Especially way up.  There’s your answer…
