Wet weather systems continue to fluctuate water levels and limit local fishing options.  The Forks and main stem just got another big spike from the recent rain so they’re toast for a few days. Lower Swan is still a decent option. There are some other smaller streams that are open year round that provide good winter fishing. Check out the Jocko or Thompson for a start. Wait for the flows to drop / stabilize and go catch a few. It doesn’t look like the ski conditions are going to warrant any time up on the hill so might as well go fishing. Or go shoot some birds…
